Aaron Cordova commented on ACCUMULO-202:
----------------------------------------

How can I verify that the bug is there or not?

> The master seems to be trying to contact a dead tablet server. The master
> will not re-balance if the metrics it has for a tablet server are
> out-of-date. Tablets seem to be assigned properly; just not balanced.
