Create examples for trial users

Our current examples for the various configurations are designed for running
singly but on a small server. We should provide an alternative configuration
for users who are trying out Accumulo for the first time and are probably
running it on a desktop/laptop. We should have substantially turned down
configurations to allow for operation within 2GB RAM (I think 1GB is better).
