We used to have the ability to, on the command line, add jars to the Accumulo
classpath, so you could run your own jar utilizing the Accumulo classloader. At
some point this feature seems to have vanished, and I'm a bit sad. We should
reintroduce it to make it easier for people to use custom jars.
