For certain deployments it would be worth while if we can support the
installation of multiple bundles with different versions side by side. The
current deployment admin specification does not allow that (see 114.2.2).
We want to analyze the impact of extending the spec to allow this in some way.
One thing to look at during such an analysis is the concept of features as
supported by Apache Karaf, see:
