The goal is to use the felix framework resolver standalone in order to check
whether a given target resolves (and whether all required deployment
customizers are present). Initially, we want to be just able to check the
deployment against a configurable system bundle manifest (i.e., this task
doesn't include to accurately reflect the current state of the given target but
rather assume it is a fresh target with a given system bundle manifest which
will get the provided bundles only).
With this in place, we still can't be sure that the deployment will resolve (as
see above) but it will be a very good indication and reasonable first step.
