This is a small update addressing editorial comments in the Artart review 
(thank you, Marco!) and from the designated expert for the Content-Format 
registry (thank you, Klaus!).

Doing this in the middle of IESG evaluation is slightly weird, but might still 
be in time for the IESG telechat on 2022-03-10.
