[Acme] draft-acme-device-attest-07 Remove IANA Considerations > Attestation Statement Formats 7.4

Ganesh and I would like to propose removing the IANA Considerations > 
Attestation Statement Formats section 7.4 from the draft-acme-device-attest 
draft. Does anyone oppose, if so please let us know? We could be missing 
something that we didn’t think of.
