If you view the log posted here:

you'll see lots of debugging messages from ohci-hcd and ehci-hcd indicating that
various device registers contain 0xaaaaaaaa or something similar. This clearly
indicates that the actual values aren't getting read. Either the memory mapping
isn't set up correctly, or some PCI or bridge setting isn't properly
initialized.
