The 2.6.15.x series is a branch off 2.6.15:
2.6.15 -> 2.6.16-rc1 -> 2.6.16-rc2 ... -> 2.6.17

-> 2.6.15.1 -> 2.6.15.2
so 2.6.15.x just isn't in Linus's tree at all.
You should use v2.6.15 instead.
