What kernel and ACPICA version do we have here --
This is 2.6.16, so it is running 20060127?
please _attach_ (not paste) the output from dmesg -s64000 so
it goes back to the beginning.
cat /proc/acpi/info
should tell us the ACPICA version.
Is it possible to boot the latest -mm kernel which
includes the latest version of the ACPI patch?
