I tried to shutdown my pc after working ONLY in console, and it shut down regularly. So I tried with two different WM: xforce and fluxbox: all works fine. So I realized that this problem is due to KDE. When I work with KDE, it's impossible to shut down properly my pc. I suspect that there is an interference of some component of KDE with ACPI, even if I've no idea of which... Now I'll write to KDE support team too.
