It seems you have some kind of interrupt storm on the acpi interrupt.
Just an idea (I've never saw this and never used this one), but this boot
parameter sounds as it may help on your system:
(from Documentation/kernel-parameters.txt):
acpi_sci= [HW,ACPI] ACPI System Control Interrupt trigger mode
