------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2007-03-07 16:45 ------- OK, I see now why the quirk is no longer active. There is now an "#ifndef CONFIG_ACPI_SLEEP" around that block of code and that is enabled in the Debian kernel config. I'd appreciate some background on this and advice how best to test: - remove the #ifndef - unset CONFIG_ACPI_SLEEP I'd hope that the eventual goal is to have both the SMBus (and i2c) and proper sleep support :-) P.S. Thanks for getting back to this one Jean! ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
