Status with 2.6.22.1 (tried one by one)
Working:
acpi=off, acpi=ht
Reboot:
acpi=noirq, acpi=strict, pci=noacpi, acpi_apic_instance=2,
acpi_sleep=s3_bios, acpi_sleep=s3_mode, acpi_fake_ecdt, noapic
Don't remember, some freeze, some reboot:
acpi_irq_balance, acpi_irq_nobalance, acpi_serialize,
cpi_skip_timer_override, acpi_use_timer_override,
enable_timer_pin_1, disable_timer_pin_1
