Takes about 3 seconds to suspend after patching, all I did was change the Tecra M5 parts in the patch to Tecra M7 and patched, not really sure if that did anything or not, but it's working now. It does take longer to unsuspend, like 15 seconds, but this is definitely preferable to to waiting 10 minutes for it to suspend in the first place.
