What Len said is very right. Maybe there are several bugs about your computer.
1.BIOS Release Date: /05/0620 . Uncorrect. The correct format should be
mm/day/year
2.The info of /proc/interrupts is uncorrect. (Comment #3)
  When acpi is off, the system won't register the acpi interrupt. 
Will you please reupload the info of /proc/interrupts in the following modes?
 a. acpi=off
 b. acpi=force noapic
 c. acpi=force pci=noacpi
