In Windows the CPU fan is turning on at high speed for about 4-5 seconds every
2 minutes. Thus keeping the CPU at 40 degrees (centigrade). In Linux the fan is
working at wery low speed and data from "acpitool" states that the temperature
is 56 degrees, yet by touch it feels hotter. There is no change in behaviour
when "acpi=off", it is the same as when it is turned on.
