I believe some bugs and probably this one as well fall under the category "embarrassing". There are a certain number of bugs in Ubuntu, which fall under that category and make the OS look "unpolished".
I believe we need to add a feature to the bug tracking system to identify these bugs, so people who want to make Ubuntu look more professional can more easily track down, what they need to lay their hands on. I therefore proposed a feature to allow the community to either add tags to bug reports or vote on the "embarrassment" factor: bug #149775.
