Just to make sure it's just a typo instead really used as kernel parameter.
Correct parameter should be nolapic, instead of nolacpi...

it looks like not a local apic issue from your description...could you please
try the kenrel parameter acpi=noirq. ( not use pci=noacpi )

assign it to Len.
