It would be very strange if the IRQ line got connected to some sort of 200HZ clock. Are we reaching the limit of useful information that we're gathering here? Would it be productive to narrow the problem definitively down to the (Santa Rosa)/(BCM2045B and 3945ABG) combination? Finally, the ugliest solution is a quirk in the driver.
