please confirm whether the USB can work well after using acpi=force irqpoll?
Will you please test the system using the workaround patch in comment
#63?(enable pci and acpi debug in kernel configuration). 
After the system is booted with option of acpi=force apic=debug ,please upload
the following info.
a. dmesg
b. lspci -vvxxxx
c. /proc/interrupts
