known to occur versions: 2.6.19-2.6.22 (untested for any other version)

Steps to reproduce:
kernel compiled with
* Processor family (Pentium-4/Celeron(P4-based)/Pentium-4 M/old...
* SMT (Hyperthreading) scheduler support
* ACPI Support
Shutdown command executed: /sbin/shutdown -h -t 30 1 "yo the computers shuting
down"
OR
/sbin/shutdown -h -P -t 30 1 "yo the computers shuting down"
