------- Comment #15 from [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2007-12-13 00:52 ------- Unfortunately I do not own the IBM laptop anymore, but on the new laptop -- a Benq S31V -- with kernel 2.6.23.8 and almost the same configuration (including CONFIG_HO_HZ and CONFIG_HIGH_RES_TIMERS set) the problem doesn't exist anymore. If you want me to carry some tests on this Laptop I will gladly do so.
