Ok, dmesg output attached. if you need install any special version of kernel I can do it at my free time. Also I can produce memdump if needed. Before I was freebsd kernel developer so, if you need something to check I can do it for you. (If at Linux it work same as in freebsd) I install Linux only for VMware server. If it something helps I have Slackware 12 (upgraded from Slack 11).
