Thanks for the confirm.
Will you please try the early stable kernel (2.6.23.1)in order to narrow
what causes this bug? ( Please add the boot option of "ec_intr=0
acpi.debug_layer=0x10000 acpi.debug_level=0x1f")
It is noted that the ACPI debug function should be enabled in kernel
configuration.
Please confirm whether the battery sometimes disappears.
After the test, please attach the output of dmesg.
