Did it change continuously during use or was it just different from "0 C" after boot? Was fan properly controlled (started and stopped as needed) or was it just running all time? In this second case there's no news: TZ is known to be correctly set to the real temp at boot. So if you reboot your machine when it is already hot, you will read something different from 0 C.
