please make sure your kernel is compiled with CPU_FREQ_DEBUG=y, and boot with
cpufreq.debug=7 This will cause cpufreq to log more information to dmesg on
state transitions, which will be useful for diagnosis.
It'd also be interesting to know if this is still a problem with the latest
-git tree.
