What you said in comment #3 is right. The problem is related with BIOS.
There exists the following in the DSDT.dsl

Z003, Z004 is declared in the other SSDT.dsl. And acpica can't parse the
above package.
Will you please try the patch in bug 9429?Maybe it can fix the problem in
your laptop.
