Thanks for the test.
It seems that the system can be rebooted by writing the RESET_VALUE to
RESET_REG I/O port.(The RESET_VALUE and RESET_REG are defined in FADT table).
Now this reboot mechanism is not merged into upstream kernel. (Maybe windows
always uses this mechanims to reboot the system)
I will try to push it.
