Hi, vasily,
sorry for the delay.
By reading the acpidump you attached, I think that there is not ACPI fan
control on your laptop, which means that the fan can *not* be controlled via
ACPI.
Sorry we can not help you on this.
But I still suggest you to set CONFIG_HWMON and run lmsensor on your laptop to
see if there is some difference.
