Bad luck -- dmesg_output is readable but incomplete.
Just for your interest I am looking for output like:

ENABLING IO-APIC IRQs
init IO_APIC IRQs

which should be printed when you use the recommended debug options. But your
dmesg starts beyond the place where this output usually occurs.
