    What you said is very right. The boot option of idle=halt is totally
different with the module parameter of processor.idle=1 in the comment #24.
When this boot parameter is used, halt is used for CPU idle and there is no CPU
C-states.
    Maybe it is not very reasonable. Of course I will rework on this issue and
try to refresh the patch.
