setting to UNRESOLVED
since per comment #28, as we shipped the msleep(1) patch
from comment #13 and we still have a problem in 2.6.26-rc8.
(should we revert that patch?)
and various incantations of testing the patch in comment #14
have apparently not led to a conclusion.
