Summary: kacpi_notify calls sleeping function from invalid context https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=451399 ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2008-07-08 21:14 EST ------- Ok... with the patch in comment 7, the problem is still there, but slightly different: kacpi_notify and kacpid are still chewing the CPU after I resume from a suspend, but I'm not seeing the BUG tracebacks anymore. Perhaps the BUG tracebacks and kacpi_notify/kacpid crushing the CPU are actually different bugs? Barring any better suggestions, I'm going to start adding the ACPI-related patches back in until I can figure out which ones are causing problems... -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sponsored by: SourceForge.net Community Choice Awards: VOTE NOW!
