Update:
In 2.6.27-rc2 it basically still happens. But now after start powertop shows
only C1 and C3 and uses only C1 at first. A bit later it starts using C3 about
80% (C2 still nowhere to be found) and the wakes go up to ~50.000.

And I read there might be a similar problem on the Dell Vostro 1510 as well.
