Will you please attach the output of acpidump?(Not only dsdt table).
It will be great if you can add the boot option of "cpufreq.debug=7" and attach
the output of dmesg. (Of course you should enable the CONFIG_CPUFREQ_DEBUG in
kernel configuration.)
