   In fact the issue can be fixed by applying the patch in comment #11. (No
battery or DC status).
   The purpose of other two patches is to eliminate the following warning
messages and make the EC work more reasonably.

   At the same time I am not sure whether the other two patches are reasonable
for other laptops. Before it can go upstream, more discussion is needed.
