Will you please try the patch set in
http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11000#C30,31,32 and see whether the
problem still exists?(Please add the boot option of "acpi.power_nocheck=1").
Will you please attach the output of acpidump, dmesg?
