Thanks for the test.
From the comment #51 it seems that the freeze is difficult to reproduce if
the boot option of "nolapic_timer" is added for the tickless kernel. If there
is no any boot option, it will freeze as usual.
Maybe this issue is related with the following :
a. local APIC timer
b. the combination between C-state and low CPU frequency. This should be
related with BIOS.
