    Thank for the test and double check.
    From the test it seems that if the command of setpci is not executed, it
still can't work after hibernate/resume. But if the command of setpci is
executed, it can work well after hibernate/resume. 
    In fact the LCP GPI routing register is not explicitly saved/restored by OS
in course of hibernate/resume. Maybe it is done by BIOS.

    If so, it still can't work well after applying the patch in comment #62.

    Now I have no idea how to fix this issue. Maybe the workaround is to
execute the command of setpci for this box in script.
