It looks like in the dmesg output you posted, the ACPI video driver oopsed
during module loading. It's presumably a bug that should be fixed but given the
garbage the ACPI interpreter is getting it doesn't seem to surprising.

The differing DSDT sizes and headers are still rather mysterious. You can try
booting with acpi=rsdt and see if that makes any difference, though the RSDT
and XSDT do look equivalent to me.

I wonder if the BIOS could be editing or swapping out the DSDT somehow between
the point where the ACPI tables are read during boot and when acpidump is later
run.. that's quite bizarre, but so are the symptoms..
