It's presumably a bug that should be fixed but given the garbage the ACPI interpreter is getting it doesn't seem to surprising. The differing DSDT sizes and headers are still rather mysterious. You can try booting with acpi=rsdt and see if that makes any difference, though the RSDT and XSDT do look equivalent to me.
