turbostat.c

FYI, I've updated the utility above, now named "turbostat".
It is now slightly less dumb, checking cpuid and more counters.

Here is an example of a 2.93Ghz Nehalem running at 3.17GHz

(No package C-states enabled on this BIOS/stepping)
