It should be 2.6.31 I am having a lot of freezes with 2.6.32 kernel. Suspend is one of them it also happens during shutdown/restart. I ignored them for a while, and I guess I am little bit later in reporting the issue. . Then I saw in arch forums lots of others also having same system freeze under different scenario.
