patch to ignore bad _PSS entries

I'm looking at the code in acpi_processor_get_performance_states().

Is it important that it preserve the absolute position of entries in _PSS when
it builds pr->performance->states[], or can it just leave out bad entries?

If it can just leave out entries, the attached patch might do the job. Note: I
have not even compiled it, let alone tested it, so it surely has bugs.

This is a patch relative to 2.6.32 (which I don't even have).
