You can workaround this problem right now by adding acpi=noirq or noapic parameter to kernel boot parameters. Those parameters does the same: they replace APIC with PIC interrupt controller device. You will have usb problem solved but you will have less interrupts available for devices (16 instead of 24) and a little bit slower system.
