Hi, i have a DELL Precision M6500 and it seems that HPET module is broken. Same
problem with previous version 2.6.32.

I don't know if it is correct insert this bug on this section, sorry in advance
for wrong section.

I'm currently use vanilla sources with gentoo patches.
