The secondary CPU starts executing and hits idle at least once. It hangs after coming out of idle and re-enabling irqs -- I can see that it makes it as far as local_irq_enable() in intel_idle(), but no farther in that function. Seeing where it goes from there is more of a challenge, given the limited debug capabilities in this state.
