And: - memtest shows bad memory blocks _only_ after bad suspend. - there is no bad memory blocks after complete poweroff (battery and ac are off) - after bad suspend+freeze+poweroff, laptop remains in some kind of suspend mode. for example after poweroff (AC stay connected), power indicator may blinking (it mean suspend mode). This can be reason for bad memory blocks. - suspend works perfectly with windows.
