Mert is the original reporter of this bug to Pardus bugzilla and I was tracking the issue for him. He's still having the issue on many distributions but he claims that Chakra is working correctly. Mert it would be nice if you can send the outputs of uname -a dmesg commands for a not-working distro booted with nolapic and for Chakra.
