On Asus M2N-SLI deluxe, on 3.4 and 3.5 mainline (xubuntu 12.04), when the
machine is waking from suspend, it goes right back into suspend mode after
about 5 seconds. After it goes back into sleep mode, hitting the power button
no longer wakes it.
